Parties/Get-Togethers

The pool is available to all members for cookouts, birthday parties and other get-togethers. Grills are available for use.

  • Any gathering of 10 or more people is considered a party and must be scheduled in advance.

Important Party Info:

  • Parties may not be scheduled on holiday weekends or between the hours of 1:30–4:30 PM in July and August
  • The maximum number of guests allowed at a party is 30; special requests will be considered.

How to schedule a party:

  • Once the time/date is approved, you will be given contact information for our Red Cross  certified lifeguards.
    • Contact the lifeguard directly to see if they can guard your party.
    • Notify the AHSC, via email, of the guard you have secured for your party. 

Billing & Fees: 

  • Lifeguard Fee: $30/hour (Lifeguards will be paid by the AHSC.)
  • Guest Fee: $3 per non-member guest
    • Please notify the lifeguard of your total non-member guest count at the start of the event.
  • You will be billed via email after your party. 

Important Note on Group Gatherings~If multiple member families plan to bring guests from the same group or organization, it must be scheduled as a party. Additional lifeguards are required to ensure the safety of everyone in and around the pool.  (For example: A family of 4 inviting two other families of 4 = 12 people → This must be treated as a party.)
