- Security cameras are in use to minimize trespassing and vandalism.
- A refrigerator is available for use. It will be emptied and wiped down every Friday. Please be sure to take your items out each day (especially alcohol).
- No glass containers are allowed. No food or drink on the pool apron (concrete area around pool) OR in the pool.
- Do not leave dangerous items in reach of small children (i.e. lighters).
- Wireless internet is available. Information is posted on the bulletin board.
- Pickleball is allowed to be played at your own risk on the basketball court on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be considerate if there are others wanting to use the court. Must bring your own equipment.
- Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the pool fence. The designated smoking area is near the tree line between the basketball court and the parking lot.
- The pool temperature is set and managed by the Board of Directors. Do not adjust the temperature. If you have concerns, please contact the Board directly.
